Programs & Services
Our Strategy
To effectively develop the community, it's essential to nurture both the people and their environment. In addition to providing clean, affordable housing, we will also offer financial literacy programs.
Technologies
- We will bring the below technologies to communities:
- Waste to fertilizer (for homes, communities, farms and institutions)
- Air to water systems (for homes and communities)
- Hydroponic Technologies (hydroponic cultivation of fresh produce and flowers)
- Urban Farming, Water from Air Technology, needing power (solar, wind, generators Off-Grid) where electricity, water and for where there are food shortages. Providing organic fresh food in close proximity to the market drastically reduces transportation costs and spoilage as well as ensuring health.
Services
Our mission is to offer services across Indiana, Illinois, and internationally, including vocational training schools, the development of educational systems from kindergarten onward, and subsidized housing. The CDC aims to establish a homeless soup kitchen, senior housing, a homeless shelter and transitional housing for women and Children. These services include providing food, clothing, shelter, educational support and scholarships to families in need. Some of these services will come from revenues received from grants and donations to acquire supplies for food, clothing and basic needs, land and dwellings of all kinds with the intent to build tiny homes, single family homes and multi-dwelling units to house underserved populations as they recover from tragic situations. Rental income will provide income to serve individuals and families that need housing and other resources to sustain them throughout their recovery from loss due to death, loss of jobs, illnesses, and other tragic circumstances.
