The Visionaries of the Helping Hands CDC primary goal is to establish Vocational Training Schools, raise up kindergarten-8th educational systems , Daycare and also Subsidized housing. The CDC will establish a  Credit Union, Homeless Soup kitchen, Veteran and Senior Housing, Homeless shelter and Transitional Housing for Women and Children.
